That’s really all there is to say about the Restaurant Hoppen podcast. As an advocate of Omaha restaurants, I want to bring down the wall between those who make delicious food and those that eat it, helping each party understand the other’s point of view. By taking listeners beyond their plate and into the kitchen, they get to meet the people who make Omaha’s culinary scene so spectacular and discover what inspires them to do what they do. In doing so, we can break down misconceptions and learn more about the fascinating life in the kitchen.
